Chapter Living

The project is a new student accommodation development adjacent to London Bridge station and Guy’s Hospital comprising of a 41-storey building including basement providing 905 student beds, 5 amenity floors, cycle parking, servicing, refuse and plant areas, and public realm improvements. The plant rooms are located within the basement, level 3, level 26, level 39, and the roof. The apartments are situated on levels 3 to 36 which are a mixture of studio, 1 bed, 2 beds, and 3 beds. There is an average of 25 apartments (27 beds) per floor.

The scope of works for this package includes the provision of all necessary, management, supervision, labour, plant, tools, equipment and materials to carry out and complete the design from Stage 4 onwards, coordination, manufacture, off-site prefabrication, supply, installation, test, commission including water flushing, chemical treatment, maintain, clean, demonstrate, certify and handover of the MEP shell & core and apartment fit-out.
