About Us
Borough Engineering Services Limited operates as a specialist Building Services Management Contractor offering design and specialist installation capabilities for a number of sectors including but not limited to the shell and core and fit out of commercial and residential properties.
Since our formation we have grown year on year in respect of turnover, clients and business sectors. Our turnover for 2024 is currently projected at £120 million, and we are proud to have completed major projects for clients including MACE, Canary Wharf, McLaren, Ballymore and Multiplex. The business has now moved to larger offices and are located at 24 Martin Lane, London, off Cannon Street as part of the growth plan and will also see the business celebrate its 10th Year in the industry.
We pride ourselves on having a highly qualified and experienced workforce who understand the aims and demands of the mechanical and electrical services industry. We have also achieved recognised industry accreditations and hold exemplary health & safety standards. In addition to this, we have in the past 12 months employed an addition 7 apprentices and in 2024 are looking to improve on this with an expended intake of 10 apprentices as a minimum to assist in the development of new talent within the industry.
