The project is a refurbishment and additional build on the original 20 Carlton House Terrace Structure. It consists of 10 floors of office space, multi storey basement car park and associated Plant Rooms and areas. Borough Engineering Services alongside Blue Sky Building as the Construction Manager, are responsible for the design, installation and commissioning of all MEP Services within the shell and core build of the project.
