The project involves the design of landlord enhancement works to the M9 (shell & core) Box, including new incoming utility services and the fit-out and finishes to the non-tenancy areas. Two tenants will subsequently fit out their indoor leisure facilities within their respective tenant demise.

The scope of works for this package includes for the provision of all necessary, management, supervision, labour, plant, tools, equipment and materials to carry out and complete the design, co-ordination, manufacture, off-site prefabrication, supply, installation, test, commission including water flushing, chemical treatment, maintain, clean, demonstrate, certify and handover of the MEP Shell & Core infrastructure.
