The Project comprises the Design, Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of the MEP Shell & Core Services to 3 residential blocks namely; E2 (Tower 1) a 33 Level Residential Block, with a CAT A office on the lower 6 Floors, E3 (Tower 2) a 20 Level Residential Block, E3 (Tower 3) a 22 Level Residential Block, an Education block namely E1 which is a 12 Story University of Arts London facility, plus separate Retail/Leisure block namely E4/E5.
