The project is a new residential development on the Stratford Westfield shopping centre comprising of 11 blocks (including the commercial and hub blocks) ranging from 8 to 38 levels, arranged around three landscaped courtyards, including an accessible roof terrace as a private resident’s amenity space. Cherry Park Lane, a landscaped thoroughfare, cuts through the site. The proposed basement sits below the entire site, accommodating ancillary spaces serving the residential scheme, including waste, storage, car and cycle parking, plant rooms and delivery facilities.
